No better time to try at your local Roller Rink! See you at Stoppers in Barnstaple.

🛼 DID YOU KNOW? ROLLER SKATING IS A SERIOUS WORKOUT — WITHOUT FEELING LIKE ONE! 💪

It might feel like you’re just cruising around to your favorite songs, but your body is working the entire time! Roller skating combines cardiovascular exercise, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, and agility all in one activity.

Every push helps work your legs and glutes, while staying upright and controlling your movements challenges your core and balance. And because you’re constantly moving, skating can get your heart rate up and provide a great cardiovascular workout.

Even better? You can change the intensity without even thinking about it. Skate faster, dance, shuffle, learn new moves, or simply keep moving around the rink — you’re exercising while having fun.

So the next time someone says they “need to go to the gym,” just remind them…

Your gym has wheels, music, lights, and a DJ. 🎶🛼🔥
