A great morning with the lads at Stanners Gym 💪
If you didn’t know, myself and Charlie both work in the care sector supporting some fantastic young adults. One thing that’s really important to us is helping them stay active, build confidence and feel good about themselves.
We’re incredibly lucky to have Stanners Gym here in Barnstaple that allows us to use their brilliant facilities. It gives the lads the chance to train in a proper gym environment, improve their fitness and most importantly enjoy themselves.
What really stands out is the atmosphere. Everyone in the gym is so welcoming, friendly and supportive — it’s refreshing to see such a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable and included.
Massive credit to Lee, Racheal and the whole Stanners team for creating such an amazing gym for the community. You’ve built something special here.
The lads absolutely love coming here and we’re very grateful for the support.
