If you want a fun way to get fit and active then why not try our beginners pole dance fitness class.
The class will:
-Target all major muscle groups to increase muscle strength and endurance
-Burn calories
-Develop flexibility and joint mobility- Improve posture and coordination
-Help balance and stability
-Improve heart and lung capacity
And you get to learn some cool spins and moves all whilst you’re having fun 😊
Classes last 1 hour and you have your own pole for the entire class, you will never have to share a pole.
8 weeks = £120
This entitles you to 1 class per week + 1 free optional practice session per week (*non-refundable/non-exchangeable).
