Happy 11th year in business Fusion Fitness❤️

It started with a bare unit and a few weights, originally I had thought it'll do for now, let's see how it goes, little did I know it would lead to over a decade of Fusion Fitness.

Thankyou to all of my members past and present, you are what makes the gym. A gym full of encouragement, hard work and lots of craic! The community feel and togetherness is second to none ❤️

Thankyou to my fitness family from gyms around the town, your support and slagging is very much appreciated and I'd be lost without your help and advice 💪

And of course thankyou to my beautiful wife for all your love and support ❤️ love ya 😘

I have space available for the upcoming 8 week bootcamp starting next Tuesday the 27th of January, finishing on Saturday 21st of March.

3 gym sessions per week ⬇️

Days/times available

Session 1 - Tuesday 9.30am
Session 2 - Thursday 9.30am
Session 3 - Friday 6.15pm or Saturday 9.30am

During the sessions you will learn how to lift with correct form 💪

You advance at your own pace 😀

Weekly weigh ins and nutritional check ins to keep you on track ☑️

Thank you all for your help and support through difficult times this year 💔 my wife and I really appreciate you all ❤️

As a community we have done some amazing things together! We have raised money for Women's Aid and Bepositive 💙 2 charities close to our hearts!

We have trained hard, partied hard and laughed hard together ❤️

It was great having the lads from banbridgetownfc in this morning for some strength and conditioning work. They put a good shift in and showed a great work ethic, well done lads!

What's the programme all about at Fusion Fitness?

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we record every weight lifted in the sessions ensuring progress is made every time you step in the gym.

All of the big 3 lifts are included in the programme, Back Squat, Bench press and Deadlift.

The programme is changed up every 4 weeks so you don't get bored!

Mondays, Fusion 1 - Full body workout
Main movement - Back Squat

Wednesdays, Fusion 2 - Full body workout
Main movement - Bench Press

Fridays, Fusion Strength and conditioning
Main movements - Deadlift + Chin ups
