Fast fat loss gets a bad rep.

But we fu***ng love it.

Because most of the numptys online talking about fast fat loss...

Don't actually do it properly.

Move faster with the right structure and coaching and a few things happen.

The weight comes down.

Your clothes fit better.

You start feeling like the dog's nuts again. 😂

And those changes are motivating.

Yes, there'll be a bit of hunger.

Maybe a little fatigue.

But when you're finally seeing your body change...

It's a lot easier to deal with.

And that's the bit people miss.

Fast doesn't mean forever.

Anyone telling you that fat loss itself is sustainable is a moron.

The habits should be.

Fat loss is a phase.

Not a lifestyle.

That's exactly what we'll teach you inside INVIGOR8.

Get yourself into incredible shape.

Feel fu***ng superb.

Then learn how to keep it.

8 weeks.

Potentially enough to change your physique for good.

Not because you'll diet forever.

Because you'll finally learn how to get lean and stay there.

15 spaces.

£97 early bird.
25th September.

We don't artificially limit spaces to create scarcity.

We keep the group small enough to actually coach properly.

If you want one, hit the link in my bio and get yourself on the Priority List.

We'll send you everything you need to know.

Make this the last diet you ever have to do. 🫡

“I don't have time.” 😴

It's probably the excuse I hear more than any other.

And Shane could have used it too.

He'd had a tough year and reached a point where he knew he needed to take action with his health and weight.

But he felt stuck.

He knew the changes he needed to make, but couldn't seem to make them.

Fast forward 8 weeks...

9kg down.

Feeling healthier.

Less hunger.

Less craving for junk food.

And a much better understanding of how to structure his food, particularly protein.

But one of my favourite parts of his feedback wasn't the 9kg.

It was this:

“You know you're not on your own & we are all in this together.”

Because that's a huge part of INVIGOR8.

You're not expected to completely overhaul your life overnight.

You start where you are.

You do what you can.

Then you build from there.

Shane has been getting out walking most nights and gradually building his stamina over the 8 weeks.

No need to be perfect.

Just keep moving forward.

That's why I don't buy the whole “I don't have time” argument.

You don't need perfect circumstances to start making progress.

You need a plan that fits your actual life.

And that's exactly what we're going all in on inside INVIGOR8 👀

Starting Monday 5th October.

15 early bird spaces at £97.

Doors open 25th September, with the Priority List (link in bio) getting first access.

Once those 15 spaces are gone, the £97 offer is gone too.

Comment or DM me INVIGOR8 and I'll send you the info.

Stop waiting for life to calm down.

It probably won't. 🫡**

HYROX PREP | WEEK 1/9

First week in the bank.

3 strength sessions, built around squat, bench and deadlift.

3 runs.
12 × 400m.
5K steady.
8 × 200m sprints.

Bike, SkiErg and Row work.

And a HYROX-specific session to start getting used to putting the running and stations together.

Weight is down 3kg this week, which is exactly what I'd expect in week one with some water weight coming off.

The number isn't the main focus though.

The goal over the next 9 weeks is to build the engine, get stronger, improve the running and get better at holding it all together when the legs are already f**ked.

Week 1 done. 8 to go.

You don't need another 16-week diet.

You probably need 8 really good weeks.

Because fat loss shouldn't become your lifestyle.

The goal is simple:

Get leaner.
Feel better.
Build confidence.
Then enjoy it.

Instead, people spend months dieting.

Restricting.

Saying no to everything.

Waiting for life to start when they finally hit their goal.

F**k that.

Get in.
Do the job.
Get out.

8 focused weeks.

Then...

You can Eat more.

You can Train harder.

You will Get stronger.

And ultimately live your life.

Because fat loss is a phase, not a lifestyle.

You don't need to spend half the year trying to lose the same weight over and over again

You need a plan you can actually follow.

That's why I built INVIGOR8.

8 weeks to lose fat, get fitter and build momentum.

And learn how to keep it off

We kick off Monday 5th October.

15 early bird spaces.
£97.

Doors open 25th September.

DM INVIGOR8 and I'll get you on the Priority List.

Session 2 of the day.

9 weeks until hyrox so it was a short speed session

5 minute base run @5.20/km

Into

8x 200m sprints 3.30/km.

Finishing off with 5 minute base run at 5.20/km

I can tell you running at 3.30/km at 100kg+ looks at lot slower watching it back.

Next target sub 100kg bodyweight.

I love fast fat loss.

Honestly.

When it's done properly, the momentum you build from seeing things change quickly is hard to beat.

The scales start moving.

Your clothes fit better.

You catch yourself in the mirror and notice the definition you haven't seen in a while.

You throw on your gym gear and think...
Hang on a minute. 👀

And that feeling is motivating as f**k.

Because when you're dieting, there's going to be some level of hunger regardless.

Whether you drag a small calorie deficit out for months...

Or get your head down and attack a shorter phase properly.

The difference?

With slow fat loss, people often lose motivation before they've seen enough change to make the whole thing feel worth it.

Fast fat loss gives you momentum.

You see progress.

That progress makes you want to keep going.

Then when the fat loss phase is finished...

You move on.

Get in.
Get out.

Learn how to maintain your results.

Then shift your focus towards getting stronger, performing better or building some muscle.

Because fat loss isn't supposed to be your lifestyle.

It's a phase.

And that's exactly what we're doing inside INVIGOR8 👀

8 weeks of focused, aggressive fat loss.

Imagine heading towards Christmas...

Feeling comfortable putting on clothes that have been sitting in the wardrobe for months.

Not avoiding photos.

Not sucking your stomach in every time someone pulls out a camera.

Having more energy.

Feeling lighter.

Stronger.

More confident.

Walking into a room without immediately wondering how you look.

And knowing you've actually followed through on the thing you've been saying you'll do for years.

That's what happens when you stop dragging fat loss out forever and actually commit to a phase.

£97 for the Priority List.

BUT.

You only get that price if you're on it.

Spaces go live 25th September.

There are only 15 early bird spaces.

And if last time was anything to go by, they won't be hanging around.

DM me INVIGOR8 and I'll send you the info 🤝

Don't spend another year saying you'll get around to it.

Let's finish this one properly. 👊

INVIGOR8 IS BACK 🔥

And after what happened the last time we opened the doors, I wouldn't hang about if you've been thinking about joining us.

The last Invigor8 sold out.

So this time, the Priority List gets first access.

On 25th September, the doors open to the Priority List first, giving you the chance to grab one of the first 10 spaces for the early bird price of £97.

After that, it'll open to everyone else.

If you've been watching from the sidelines, saying you'll do something after the summer, after Christmas, or when life settles down a bit...

This might be your sign to stop waiting for the perfect time 😅

Comment INVIGOR8 below and I'll get you onto the Priority List.

02/09/2026

I had a lad message me last week saying he'd completely fallen off the wagon.

He said:

“Ryan, I was dead on Monday to Friday. Then the weekend got me.”

He’d got a takeaway and a few pints while watching the match on Saturday.

Then Sunday came. Roast dinner, all the trimmings, and he went back for seconds.

Because it was Sunday. And honestly, why wouldn't you?

The thing was, he was waiting for me to tell him he'd fu**ed the whole week.

Because that's what he'd already decided in his own head.

Five good days.

Then two days where he actually enjoyed himself with his family.

And somehow, those two days had cancelled out everything he'd done from Monday to Friday.

That's the trap so many parents get caught in.

“I've ruined it now.”

“I'll start again Monday.”

And before they know it, Monday comes and goes.

Then another weekend happens.

Then another Monday becomes the fresh start.

And suddenly three weeks have passed because of one takeaway and a roast dinner.

The roast wasn't the problem.

Neither were the pints.

The damage happens when you decide that one weekend means the whole week no longer counts.

The parents I coach who actually get results aren't the ones who never have a takeaway or never enjoy a few drinks.

They're the ones who can have those things, enjoy them, and then get up the next morning and carry on as normal.

No punishment workout.

No starving themselves on Monday.

No trying to “make up for it.”

They just get back to their normal routine.

That's the skill most people need to learn.

Not being perfect from Monday to Sunday.

Being able to have a weekend, enjoy your life, and not convince yourself you've blown everything because you had a few meals that weren't chicken and rice.

Invigor8 is opening soon.

DM me INVIGOR8 and I'll send you the details first.

One of my clients hit her goal weight a few months back.

Months of on-and-off trying before that, finally paying off.

I thought that'd be the good bit to talk about.

Turns out it wasn't.

Two weeks later she messaged me in a bit of a panic.

Said she didn't know what to do with herself anymore.

No more weekly drop to look forward to.

No more finish line walking toward her.

Just... maintaining.

And maintaining felt like nothing was happening at all.

That's the bit nobody warns you about.

Losing weight comes with a reward built in every single week.

The scale gives you something to chase.

Keeping it off doesn't give you any of that.

It's quiet.
Boring, even.
Nothing dramatic to point at.

And that quiet is exactly what trips people up.

They see "nothing's happening" as "something's going wrong."

So we sat down and built her a plan for the bit after the goal, same as we built one for getting there.

Losing it and keeping it are two completely different skills.

Most plans teach you one and leave you to figure out the other on your own.

We teach both.
