Yesterday some of the team spent the afternoon completing some coach CPD on transformational coaching behaviours followed by some observations by BG coach development team.

Following observations into our evening, Tom emailed in some positive feedback☺️

“Also, thank you for inviting me to stay and watch some of the training. It was really useful to understand the context more, and the work you are doing. It was great to see the coaches doing their work in such an applied, engaging, and supportive manner.”

Lost property!

We have a big collection of drinks bottles and other items at the club.

The lost property will be cleared out on the 6th June, please reclaim any items before then!

We are open all week but it’s due to be a hot one!

Please can we remind our members to ensure gymnasts are being sent in with plenty of water to keep hydrated.

We were super lucky to have Olympian Jennifer Gadirova on our L3 course today🤩

Working in 33 degree heat this was the highlight of a very hot day☀️🩷
