Very proud of Dexter - having only learnt Koryo 3 weeks ago, he performed it at the Nationals, along with Taeg 5, not only did he do very well, another Gold to add to the collection, he got yet another Personal Best score, smashed it.

So proud of these 3.
All competed last weekend in Basingstoke at the Bluewave Poomsae Competition.
It was Teddie’s 1st ever comp, Amelia’s 1st Proper one as a Black Belt. (Both having recently learned the poomsae required).
All 3 did so well, Amelia put in a strong performance in a big experienced class of 22.
Teddie nervous to start as you would expect but did well in his class.
Dexter also did extremely well gaining a huge personal best score.
A very long tiring day for all, but great experience and lots to learn from it.
Great to be part of Dorset Taekwondo Association who also gained the 3rd place team trophy. 😃👍💪

Massive congratulations to Dexter who gained his Black Belt.
A Huge achievement, Dexter started his Taekwondo journey with us 7 years ago at the age of 4.5yrs old.
He is also a member of the GB Para Poomsae squad.
He has just gained his belt the last week of his Primary School, before moving to Secondary school. What a way to finish Primary.
He becomes the clubs 9th student who has journeyed through the ranks from white belt to Black belt.
Well done also to the others at Dorset Taekwondo Association & New Milton Tae Kwon Do Club who also gained their Black Belts, Karla & Jack and esp Cass & Kailin who gained their 4th Dans.
