BIG NEWS FOR THE CROSSFIT CHILTERN FAMILY! 🚨

Say hello to our new Head Coach, James Macdonald! πŸ™ŒπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

We are absolutely delighted to welcome James to the team. Many of you will already know his face around the box, as he’s the partner of one of our long-term members, Jenni Griffiths! Having that close connection to our community already makes this a perfect fit.

James brings some serious pedigree to the gym floor. He holds a BSc in Sports Science, is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, and joins us directly from his role as Head Coach at Gas Station in Windsor (CrossFit Windsor). He also brings specialized expertise in UKSCA Strength & Conditioning, Adaptive/Inclusive Training, and Functional Range Conditioning. 🧠πŸ’ͺ

But James’ role is about much more than just his credentials. He completely shares our belief that your class should be the absolute best hour of your day, and his goal is to ensure everyone leaves the gym a better athlete and a happier person than when they walked in.

Alongside leading top-tier classes and running athlete check-ins to keep you accountable to your goals, James will also be working closely with our incredible coaching teamβ€”providing 1:1 feedback and development to keep raising the bar across the board. πŸ“ˆ
