Ongoing Client Success! 🥳

David has been training with me for about 9 months now and his transformation is incredible. Increase in strength, fat loss and muscle gain can be seen in both his upper body and lower body in these progression pictures. 💪🦵

David has trained hard and even when he's missed a couple of weeks of training due to work he comes back stronger with a great attitude and commitment to training (even on the days when he's not in the mood to train!). 🌧🦥

Furthermore progress is still being made and he's now making small achievable changes to his diet to improve his physique! 🌮🥕

Protein Chocolate pancakes🍫 🥞

Perfect for those who have a sweet tooth that needs to be satisfied and want to put on some muscle mass this winter.🤤

4 pancakes
781kcals (including the spread)
55g Protein
29g fat
75g Carbs

Simply mix:
250ml semi-skimmed milk
2 medium sized eggs
80grams of flour
1 scoop of chocolate diet whey
+
2 heaped tablespoons of protein Chocolate spread when serving
(For a leaner, less calorific/fat treat, use less spread!!!)👨‍🍳

I love my chocolate and this is a tasty treat that keeps me happy while working towards my goals this winter! 📈

Are you obsessed with the scales?

Since beginning training Nikolay has lost some weight but the progress is has been huge. Losing body fat but putting on muscle mass in the process. Often we get obsessed about the scales when we should appreciate the progress we are making in the mirror. In Nikolay's case his biceps are bulging and his shoulders, chest and back are starting to shape up nicely.

How?
Consistency, good form and lifestyle changes in the way of food preparation and training. Nikolay is doing all of them and the progress is clear to see💯

🏆October client of the month🏆: Teni

With the obstacles of life finding time to workout is not always easy! Work, your social life, house work and even childcare can be factors to over come. For Teni all of these factors come into play!👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

To work around these things me and Teni do workouts at her home🏠. I bring the equipment and she brings herself down to the living room ready to train 🏋‍♀️ Sometimes even her boys join in!

Teni always trains hard even when she's tired and working with a busy schedule. That's why she's well worthy of this months award 🏅Well done Teni!!

Amazing first aid course with AKA Scotty yesterday! 🚑🚨

I've done first aid courses before but I can honestly say after this one I feel 100% confident in performing first aid If needed! It was fun, engaging and very hands.👐

If you fancy saving the lives of not only strangers but also friends and family (off all ages) do keep an eye out for his courses. He has years and years of experience and I would highly recommend 💯🧠🫀🫁

Martina!

Yes I know we're coming to the end of August but there's still time to celebrate July's winner Martina!

Martina has been training with me for well over a year now and her progress and commitment to training has been brilliant. When Martina first started training she wasn't majorly unfit however her mobility and strength wasn't perfect. Now you can find her jumping around making light work of challenging exercises and circuit training.

Martina has a busy schedule, working self employed whilst also doing up her home and looking after her children and family. Despite this Martina very rarely misses a session

Congratulations Martina, it's well deserved!

Hi Everyone, meet my client Radhika.

In January all of Radhika's hard work and effort payed off as she climbed to the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro! It was a big ambition of hers and she made it happen!

Me and Radhika have trained together since the late months of last year and Radhika has really benefited from it, progressing massively. We tailored the training to her goals, working on her upper body strength and her ability to work anaerobically (without oxygen) so she could perform better on her trek at high altitude.

Well done Radhika, you've done everyone proud but most importantly...you've done yourself proud!
