A rugby club for all ages in the heart of Copenhagen. The training field, located at Nandrupsvej 10, is easily accessible by metro (Frederiksberg or Fasansvej).

FRK offers outstanding rugby facilities in the heart of Frederiksberg and prides itself in fostering a competitive and social environment for rugby players and supporters of all ages. The clubhouse includes separate changing rooms for men and women, as well as a dining hall for social events. Trainings takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at the following times:
Juniors:
Tuesdays - U6 &

U8: 17:00-18:00 / U10, U16 & U18: 17:00-18:30
Thursdays - U12, U14, U16 & U18: 17:00-18:30
Sundays: U8, U10, U12 & U14: 13:30-15:00

Women: Tuesdays & Thursdays 18:00 to 20:00
Men: Tuesdays& Thursdays 19:00 to 21:00

FRK home games are played at the Frederiksberg sports complex (Frederiksberg Hallerne) at Jens Jessens Vej 20.
