SPOT: Copenhagen Business School - Kilen

Really cool spot close to the Frederiksberg Center.
Everything one could possibly want: Several parallel-bars, climby stuff, a leg-up bench and I'm specially looking forward to trying the many options for different kinds of pull-ups.

! NEW ! Found a great new spot in the South Harbour. (Parallel)-bars, rings, (sit-up)-benches + the great bonus of being able to go for a swim. There are also lights, so when the dark season inevitably returns, you can work out after dark.

Hi Folks 🙂!
The public workout-spots in Copenhagen seem to have been opened up again and since I got amazingly out of shape lately, I hope to also find some new once.

Here's one I recently found by the KB Boldklub tennis courts on Frediksberg. A great combination of equipment with parallel bars, sit-up bench and bodyweight machines.
Now that the sun is back, the trees shadows are also nice & cooling.

Wonderful new spot at the west-end of Tuborg Harbour.

Ørestad: A great one to put your new-years-resolutions in to practice. Ørestad Streethal has a wonderfully designed workout-path that goes once around the building. Great kit and I'm specially looking forward to give battleroap-station a try.

Avedøre: From the name I assume that this line of small spots is build on the old city wall :). There are workoutstations, Basketball, Hills for legwork, football, bars, monkeybars and a lot more - All linked by wide alleys.

Nordhavn - Long time no see everybody.
Here's a new spot waaay out on Nordhavnen.
It's an interesting distance from down-town, so I think it would make a great a mid-training point for all you multi-sport lunatics :)

Damhusengen - Damhussøen - Grøndahlsparken
(Vanløse and Frederiksberg)

This one is a great combo
if you like mixing workout with running or biking.

Two fine parks linked by a beautiful lake.
There are 2-3 nice workout-spots and a full lap is about 9 km.

Nørrebro: As promised, All the new gear at Grøndahlscenter. The City seems to have fallen in love with this manufacturer, as they have build 4-5 of these spots in one year. Special for this one however is the pull-up rag. Pretty fat pipe, but good variety of heights and coating that doesn't burn your hands.

I'll rate it 6,3 out of 10 over all.

P.S.: I also just discovered some kit on the north-side of of the building, but it's not "new".
