Monday
Weightlifting (Sn**ch) + Squat Strength + Workout
→ Additional: Skill session

Tuesday
Strength + Upper Body Accessory + Core
→ Additional: Rowing conditioning

Wednesday
Weightlifting (Clean) + Handstand Skill + Workout

Thursday
Aerobic Base Work

Congratulations to all our athletes on successfully completing all three workouts! We’re proud of your effort and excited to keep helping you improve and get even fitter.

A huge congratulations to everyone advancing to the next stage: Quarterfinals!

Next week, we’ll train from Monday to Wednesday with reduced volume and a focus on movement intensity preparation.

The workouts will be released on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

From then on, we’re planning the following time slots:
• Friday: morning, afternoon, and evening
• Saturday: morning and afternoon
• Sunday: morning and afternoon

CrossFit Open Workout 26.2🔥

This workout will test your grip endurance. The difficulty increases as the gymnastics progress from pull-ups, chest-to-bar and ring muscle-ups.

If you burn out your grip early, the final round will get very challenging. The key is to manage grip and shoulder fatigue from the beginning.

Lunges
Move with control and keep your steps stable and consistent. Plan regular arm switches, the overhead position will fatigue your shoulders.

Dumbbell Sn**ches
This movement will raise your heart rate and fatigue your grip. Keep a steady rhythm and use your legs and hips to take pressure off your shoulders.

Pull-ups & Chest-to-Bar
Controlled sets, short breaks, and get back on the bar quickly. The goal is to move through these rounds with minimal pulling fatigue.

Ring Muscle-ups
No failed reps. Work through the reps with planned sets and controlled rest.

The first CrossFit Open workout of 2026 has been announced🔥

Here are some tips and tricks:

1. Control the heart rate early
2. Be strategic on the wall balls
3. Stay low and efficient on the box

For most people, the goal will be to get as far as possible in 12 minutes. Only the best in the world will finish this one.

This workout is a real leg burner, so make sure you pace it from the start. The wall balls should feel smooth and controlled, and you should plan to break them up early, even if it feels too slow in the beginning. For most athletes, the round of 66 will be the separator, so stay disciplined and stick to your break strategy.
Mentally, divide the workout into manageable blocks and focus on completing one section at a time. Once you make it back to the round of 40, hang on and give everything you have left.

On the box jump-overs, aim for a steady and consistent flow rather than sprinting. Focus on clean technique and a rhythm that you can maintain throughout the workout. Control your breathing at all times and adjust your pace if needed. Keep your breaks short and regular instead of waiting until you are completely exhausted.

On the box step-overs, hold the ball in the position that feels most comfortable. For most people, that will be on the shoulder.

General Programming 📈
The next 6 weeks build through the Open and Quarterfinals 2026. We reduce the overall volume and focus more onto efficency of movements and preparing intensity on the weekend.

Conditioning🚴🏼
We build high end areobic power to maximize the capacity in workouts and we reduce the intensity during the week to push all the way on each Friday Night and then on the Quarterfinal weekend.

Weightlifting🏋️‍♀️
The goal for the next few weeks is to maintain strength with one squat and one Bench session while slowly increasing weights/intensity in the Sn**ch and Clean and Jerk.
