Curious, humorous, and empathetic.

2. Which three things are always in your fridge?
Pesto, leftover pasta, and eggs.

3. Are you more of a morning person or a night owl?
I love early mornings (they just don’t always love me back).

4. If you were a piece of training equipment, which one would you be?
A mini trampoline — joyful, light, and guaranteed to lift your mood.

5. If you were stranded on a deserted island, what would you bring?
Lots of pasta & pesto… and someone who knows what they’re doing.

6. What small routine grounds you immediately?
A cup of tea and some journaling, or a somatic exercise.
