136.2 coming back from the weekend. Elbow has been nagging — switched movements, adapted, showed up anyway.

If you train long enough, you’re always working around something. That’s just the deal.

Cut progress: 141.6 → 137.4 → 135 🎯

135.6 today. At this point in the cut the weights are starting to stall — same weights, more rest between sets. That’s not a setback. That’s just what a deficit does.

Pho Anh Vu Vaughan for dinner. Eyeballed the rice. No regrets.

I just spent 40 minutes explaining something my leadership already knows. 😭
Corporate life: alignment meetings, decks, storytelling. Most of my day.
YaoMoves life: idea sparks at 9am, product exists by noon.
Someone told me recently — be strategically patient, but tactfully impatient.
In 2026, the friction between an idea and reality is almost zero. So if you have an idea — just go. You really can’t lose.

134.6 this morning. 135.6 by end of day. Team day at Wonderland happened.

Skipped the bun, got the ice cream, ate my mom’s homemade zongzi for Dragon Boat Festival. Protein and calories landed on target.

Life happened. The macros held.
