MEET THE MO //

Q: When was your first ride?
A: Dec 18th 2018, it was the first ride ever held in the Vault and still a core memory (I opened with Lil John Alive 😂)

Q: How long have you been a MO?
A: Since the jump, we started training early 2018 in anticipation for our opening

Q: Random fact about you?
A: I was on team Canada Bobsled team for a hot minute

Q: What are you loving right now?
A: I’m coaching my 3 year daughters soccer team (she doesn’t listen to anything I say but we’re having fun🤣)

Q: Favourite pre/post ride snack?
A: Pre rice Krispy.
Post Chopped Sunshine bowl extra dressing extra chicken

Q: What is your current fitness goal?
A: Mobility, started doing yoga and it’s been a game changer

A: Hip Hop
