Our Advanced Boxing / Sparring classes give you the chance to put skills into action in a controlled, technical + supervised environment 👊

What you need:
🥊Previous boxing experience
🥊Full protective gear
🥊Coach approval

Not sure if you’ve got what it takes? Start with our Intermediate Class and chat with coach after. They’ll help you work towards your goal of sparring and help guide you along the way.

Try Intermediate Boxing FREE and stick around after class to watch the guys spar Mondays at 7pm or try All Levels Boxing Saturdays at 10am and stay after for Sparring too 💥🥊

Our All Levels class brings it all : coaching, conditioning, real technique and a room full of ppl getting better together.

Beginner boxers get to work with experienced boxers to level up even faster. Experienced boxers mentor beginners to remember why they started boxing in the first place.
