Before you buy another overpriced pump supplement, look at the basics.
If you’re hydrated, eating enough carbs and training hard but still looking flat, your sodium intake might be part of the equation.
And no, cutting salt doesn’t automatically make you look “drier.”
Too little sodium can leave you looking and feeling flat because sodium plays a role in:
• Hydration
• Blood volume
• Muscle contraction
• Training performance
• Muscle fullness
Personally, I keep my sodium consistent day to day and add a pinch of salt around training. I notice a big difference in how full I look and how long my pump sticks around.
The goal isn’t to eliminate sodium.
It’s to manage water + carbs + sodium consistently so your muscles actually have what they need to look and stay full.
Because the goal isn’t just to look dry. It’s to look dry AND full.
Save this for your next training day. 💪
