WHAT ACTUALLY WORKS

I don’t choose a workout because it pledges to tone my thighs or shrink my waistline in specific number of magic (totally arbitrary) days! I do it because I love the way it makes me feel. Once I figure out “my thing” I craved more of it, I found time, money and motivation to keep on going.
