New here? 👋 I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re a woman 30+ who feels like your body has changed, you’re working out but stubborn belly fat isn’t budging, or the things that used to work just don’t seem to work anymore…

You’re in the right place.

I’m Niki — a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor & Fat Loss + Metabolism Coach helping women 30/35+ get stronger, leaner and more confident without extreme diets, endless cardio or starting over every Monday.

My approach is about building muscle, supporting your metabolism, nourishing your body and managing stress — because getting leaner isn’t just about doing more.

And that’s exactly why I created my FREE 7-Day Flat Tummy Challenge. 🤍

It combines resistance training, Pilates and yoga-based movement for stress reduction so you can work your core and whole body while also giving your nervous system some love.

Because I don’t believe you need to punish your body to change it.

You just need the right strategy — and consistency.

👇 Comment “FLAT TUMMY” and I’ll send you the challenge.

And if you’re new here, follow along — I’m here to help you navigate fat loss, toning and feeling good in your body after 30/35.

Magnesium isn't one-size-fits-all. Here's how to figure out which type is right for you.

You've probably heard "you should take magnesium" a dozen times, so you grab whatever bottle is at the pharmacy, take it for a few weeks, and... nothing really changes.

Not because magnesium doesn't work, but because there are several different types, and each one is built for a different job in your body.

Here's the shift: instead of asking "should I take magnesium," the better question is "what am I actually trying to support?"

Sleep and recovery need a different type than digestion, and cognitive support or anxiety needs a different one again.

Swipe through to see which type matches what you're actually dealing with →

Do you take magnesium, or have you been thinking about it? Tell me in the comments.

You've heard "cortisol belly" everywhere lately — let's separate what's real from what's hype.

Your feed is probably full of it: cortisol supplements that promise to "flatten" your stomach, detox teas that claim to "flush" the stress out, 3-day resets that swear they'll fix your hormones for good.

And if you've tried any of it and felt basically nothing changed, you're not imagining it — most of that is marketing dressed up as science.

It's easy to start wondering if cortisol is even real, or just the internet's new favorite buzzword to sell you something.

Here's the part that actually holds up: cortisol is real, and chronic stress really can make fat loss harder by keeping your body in a defensive, hold-on-tight state.

But the fix was never a pill or a tea. It's regulation — things like slow breathing (in for 4, out for 6 to 8 seconds, which genuinely does shift your body into a calmer, parasympathetic state), consistent sleep, movement that supports your system instead of draining it further, herbs that do help calm the nervous system, and taking care of your gut health.

None of that is flashy. None of it fits in a 15-second "hack" video. But it's the version that's actually backed by how your body works — not the version designed to get you to check out.

If you've fallen for the supplement version of this before (no judgment, most of us have), comment below and let me know which one.

And if you want the regulation-first approach built into an actual plan, save this post, and comment "Flat Tummy" for the link in my bio to the 7-Day Flat Tummy & Energy Reset.
