Hi there,

I just wanted to let you know that we have started our Live Unity Zoom All Level Classes everyday at 10am and we are all loving the opportunity to move our bodies and feel like we are in community.
If you would like to join us, please email [email protected] and we will send you the Zoom link for classes.
Given that we are in our infancy stage as a studio, and all of our teachers rely on teaching to be able to make ends meet, we ask that you consider making a donation/class if you are able. Our first Live Zoom class today. It was nice to see familiar faces and feel like we are in community. It felt good to move our bodies, to bring our focus to our breath. We are live everyday at 10am.
