Our Rangers development program is for players who want to level up their game.
Whether your player is working toward earning a spot on a higher-level spring team, preparing for the HPL, or simply wants to become a stronger, more confident hockey player, Rangers provides the consistent development needed to take that next step.
With continual, age-appropriate skill development, players work on skating, puck skills, game awareness and the habits coaches look for as they move into more competitive hockey.

And you haven’t missed your chance to join us!
Registration is still open for the Winter 2026/27 Rangers season. Jump in, put in the work, and start preparing for whatever comes next in your player’s hockey journey. Register online www.excellentice.com
