2. Fuel like a champion. Just like your body, your mind needs fuel to perform optimally. A protein rich breakfast, snacks throughout the day, lots of fruit & veggies are key to fuelling like a champion. ๐
3. Time management: amongst all the studying, schedule in downtime. Give yourself permission to include in time with friends, self care and decompressing activities.
