SMASH Dryland Training is a local fitness provider primarily focused on youth, schools and teams

SMASH Dryland Training includes; full body strength exercises, cardio, speed/agility training, as well as footwork and mobility drills. Our workouts are combined with age appropriate stations to focus on core control and correct form; while ensuring the atmosphere is fun and safe for all to work hard, compete and sweat. SMASH Dryland Training develops muscle functionality for everyday health or to

compliment any sport/activity. At SMASH our coaches know the importance of positive fitness development and encourage and recognize each individual's progress. We set them up for long term consistency, discipline and healthy habits to improve their mental and physical health. With TEAM SMASH we become Fitter, Healthier, Stronger and more Confident!

Meet Coach Danielle:

Danielle is a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Pilates Instructor. You will either find her outside hiking with her mountain dog or having fun in the studio or gym. Her passion for fitness and health started 10 years ago and its only continued to grow and evolve since. Her core belief is that health truly is our greatest wealth and movement is medicine. She loves teaching participants of all ages in different styles to adapt to their individual needs and demands. Danielle specializes in functional fitness and overall mobility movements to improve your activity level and functionality. She used to be an Emergency Medical Responder in the Oilfields up in Northern BC. Her true calling is helping people and keeping them safe and active. Join Danielle if you are ready to have some fun and truly appreciate what your body is capable of.

Meet Coach Colby:

Colby is a current professional baseball player with the minor league St. Louis Cardinals. He is from Langley, Colby attended Langley Secondary, where he ended up earning a full baseball scholarships to Johnson County College in Kansas City, and UAV in Los Angeles, California. He has since graduated with an Associates degree as well as a degree in Kinesiology.

Colby has been coaching youth baseball players for 5+ years now. From private lessons, to camps, you name it. Colby wants to help younger pitchers and players reach they’re full potential within the game.

A side from playing professional baseball currently, and coaching. Colby enjoys all sports, including golfing during the off-season. Colby believes being a well rounded athlete is important when it comes to preparing for a sport at an older age.

Advice for future SMASHthletes: Do something to make yourself better everyday, because it will pay off in the end. In addition, be a good teammate, and hold other’s accountable! 👊
