We had the BEST time with Courtney at our Back to Dance Bootcamp yesterday! 🧘‍♀️💪💕

Courtney brought such an amazing energy to the studio with her yoga stretch and conditioning classes, giving our dancers the chance to slow down, connect with their bodies, build strength, and take care of themselves—all while having a ton of fun!

It was the perfect reminder that being a strong dancer isn’t just about what we do when we’re moving—it’s also about wellness, recovery, strength, and taking care of our bodies. ❤️
