Priya just rewrote the record book in the Youth 3, 43kg class:

🔥 Squat: 140 lbs (PR)
🔥 Bench: 67 lbs (PR)
🔥 Deadlift: 205 lbs (PR)
🔥 Total: 411.8 lbs (PR)

Every. Single. Lift. A new PR — and now Priya holds the PROVINCIAL RECORD in all three lifts plus total. This is what happens when talent meets work ethic in the gym day after day.

Massive shoutout to Priya, our 12-year-old powerhouse, who’s competing in her first OUT OF TOWN meet today in Kamloops! 💪

This is meet #6 for her already — and her first stepping onto the platform in a brand new federation. New venue, new faces, new rules to navigate… and she’s ready for it.

That’s the kind of grit that gets built one meet at a time. Nerves and all, she shows up and does the work. That’s what we love to see at Xconditioning.

Two of our young figure skaters are putting in the work this summer — building the strength, balance, and power that’ll show up on the ice when it counts. Edges are earned in the off-season, and these two are proving it rep by rep.

This is exactly why cross-training matters: stronger legs, better core control, more explosive power for jumps. The work nobody sees on competition day starts right here.
