Black Prince Disc Golf

Black Prince Disc Golf Black Prince Disc Golf is the only disc golf course in Prince Edward County and was ranked the 8th best winery disc golf course in the world by UDisc in 2024.

The course has recently been redesigned and offers something for all levels of disc golf.

We planted 11 trees at the course! Thanks to for the saplings and a fellow disc golfer for the 2 cedars from Belleville. These have mostly been planted to diversify the tree species, provide shade, and create natural hole boundaries.

This might be a first in the world of disc golf: disc golf with a cookie.

Our designer just celebrated his 40th birthday and his amazing wife () commissioned some awesome shortbread marshmallow iced cookies/discs from for everyone to enjoy.

Trevor thought it would be fitting to try and play one of the holes at the course with the cookies/discs and it worked!

Watch as the cookies fly on hole 7 short to short at Black Prince.

New baskets, fresh decals. Putting numbers and the Black Prince logo on each one now that they are installed on the course.

We are stoked to let you know we have installed all of our new DiscGolfPark Pro baskets at Black Prince! It took two days to get them in the ground but they are ready to catch some discs. 🥏

Huge thanks to Blaine () for giving me a hand setting these up, it would've been so much tougher to do alone. Also thank you Jeff () and Cara () from ChainLink Disc Golf () for supplying the baskets, DiscGolfPark () for making great baskets, and Jonathan Fleguel ()l for customizing the elevated barrel mount.

All layouts have been made active on UDisc () and the weather is finally warming up so get out there and throw!🤙

(I left one of the basket installs out of the video (hole 2), but promise that basket is looking great too.) 👀

The time has finally come! We are starting to install our brand new Pro baskets that we picked up from last month. Hoping to have all the baskets installed by end of next week!

We are getting closer to installing our new baskets in their new home at Black Prince. 🤙

Oliver from got the tractor and auger out to make short work of digging holes for the basket bases. 🚜

Our goal is to have the new baskets in place and playable by end of next week! 🥏

Happy New Year from Black Prince Disc Golf!

Here’s a peaceful winter look at the course as we head into another great year of hitting gaps, big putts, and good times. The course is free to play every day from sunrise to sunset, and we love seeing everyone out enjoying it year-round.

With snow on the ground, please remember to add ribbons to your discs to help keep them easy to find. Thanks for helping take care of the course and each other.
