Huge thanks for Harry Tammel for the flyer artwork. Not only is he a very talented artist, but also a great disc golfer.

UDisc Disc Golf App has just posted their Top 10 Winery courses for 2026 and Black Prince is 9th on their list! Here is the write up from their website.

"It's listed as a nine-holer, but Black Prince has two baskets and two tees per hole, making it possible to play 36 unique holes. Those multiple layouts give every level of disc golfer – from first-timers finding the game because of the winery to veteran course collectors – holes that'll feel just right. Along with wines from Black Prince Winery, you can enjoy pizzas straight out of the wood-fired oven and plenty of other drink options."

This year we did a huge redesign (Trevor Harris & Blaine Swackhammer), added new DiscGolfPark® Championship baskets thanks to ChainLink Disc Golf, and have planted about 30+ native trees and shrubs.

Thank you to all the new players that have made the journey to Prince Edward County to play the course and leave reviews on UDisc.

There is still work to be done, tee signs are coming soon as well as a welcome map/sign and next spring we will be upgrading the teepads.

Trevor Harris spent a few hours with the line trimmer cleaning up the overgrown grass and weeds around teepads, baskets, logs, and trees. The course was pretty busy that day, so a couple disc golfers made the edit!

We planted 11 trees at the course! Thanks to for the saplings and a fellow disc golfer for the 2 cedars from Belleville. These have mostly been planted to diversify the tree species, provide shade, and create natural hole boundaries.

This might be a first in the world of disc golf: disc golf with a cookie.

Our designer just celebrated his 40th birthday and his amazing wife () commissioned some awesome shortbread marshmallow iced cookies/discs from for everyone to enjoy.

Trevor thought it would be fitting to try and play one of the holes at the course with the cookies/discs and it worked!

Watch as the cookies fly on hole 7 short to short at Black Prince.

New baskets, fresh decals. Putting numbers and the Black Prince logo on each one now that they are installed on the course.
