TIME(S): Monday @ 12pm & Wednesdays @ 8am

WHERE: The Gym in the Armoury (lower level - unit 1C)

COST: $25+HST

FOCUS: Shoulders, trunk & hips

DETAILS: Stay ahead of your mobility needs & come out to this low-moderate intensity class that takes major areas of your body through a unique series of movements to help you move better. Unlike flexibility training, mobility is an active practice that will have a lasting impact on your range of motion while aiding your overall recovery.

👉🏼 High Intensity Circuit Training (HICT)

Join us Saturday, September 16th @ 9am or Monday, September 18th @ 5:30pm for a pop up class at TGITA!

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC & CLIENTS✊🏼

New trainer will be leading the 50-min class. The class will include:
