📍 Fridays | Scott Seaman, DeWinton | 6:30–7:30 AM

12:00–4:30 PM daily. Small groups, max 16. High intensity power skating and skills every ice time. Guest speakers from Orenda Society R & D Performance Ltd Thrive Family Chiropractic
