Movember is the leading global charity changing the face of men’s health. They exist to stop men dying too young by tackling some of the most complex health issues facing men today – mental health, su***de, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

On average, men are dying 4.5 years earlier than women and for largely preventable diseases.

Globally, we lose one man to su***de every minute of every hour of every day.

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men aged 15-34.

Prostate cancer is the most common for men over 45.

That's why this year and every year, we tackle Movember for our dads, grandads, partners, brothers, sons, friends, and colleagues.

With summer wrapping up, we are so excited to re-launch F45 RECOVERY- Active recovery is an important aspect of balancing your training regime. After a week of workouts, we all need a little more stretching and TLC for the body. Join Heather Molina , fellow F45 -er and yoga instructor, for an F45 RECOVERY session. This 1-hour class will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, incorporating deep breathing to help regulate the nervous system; this flow practice will systematically focus on unwinding tension in the physical body to restore body and mind! Offering a perfect add-on to your training schedule.
