Inside Performance is a premier integrated training facility committed to inspiring and empowering youth athletes to excel in sport and life. Our dedicated team of sport, performance-training and healthcare specialists takes an integrated, proactive approach to athlete development, injury prevention and rehabilitation. In order to meet all of the needs of our athletes, we provide comprehensive pro

grams which incorporate individual injury risk assessment screens with the development of customized team or individual training programs. These programs are delivered in a collaborative effort between our healthcare practitioners, coaches and strength and conditioning specialists. Inside Performance has over 6,000 square feet of indoor training space, a fully equipped strength and conditioning centre and a healthcare facility. The training space is equipped with retractable netting to create instant batting/pitching cages with over 4000 square feet of indoor turf for baseball, soccer, field hockey, football or dry land training year round. Inside Performance is your destination of choice to pursue all of your athletic training and healthcare needs.

The annual IP Showcase took place on Feb 25th and once again it didn’t disappoint. Many of the top players from BC were in attendance and showcased their talents in front of pro and college scouts as well as the junior National team head coach. Congrats to the top performers and good luck to everyone who participate in the upcoming season.

We are looking forward to kicking of our 2024 summer camps on July 2nd. Ivan is going to be back again as the head coach for some of our camps. He will be joined by Gabe and Damon who have both played college baseball.
