Not the Christmas Present we hoped for.

We were hoping to be posting our holiday schedule today. But unfortunately it looks like that won't be happening.

That means tonight will be our last class of 2021. Hopefully see you there to spread some cheer, We are disheartened as you are. Effective tomorrow classes will be cancelled until the new year.

To celebrate it being December and also coach 's return from sunny Sayulita, we're in the giving mood. Whoever comes through for tomorrow's Saturday 10am Sweat goes home with a 🤾🏽‍♀️.

Coach and mvmt athlete .flex.hannah showing us some serious vertical and why his punches hit so hard. Leg power and your ability to transfer that power through the floor, and connect it through your hips and core largely determines how hard you can throw a punch.

Jonny’s punching power, quickness, elite conditioning, and his top notch skill, earned him a spot Boxing Canada’s national team training camp this past week.

His off the charts leg power and conditioning also caught the eye of track cycling Canada and earned him a call back to RBC’s Olympic talent ID program.

At MVMT we believe everyone has an athlete within, and with learning the correct fundamentals you can release that inner athlete too 💪

After a year away, we would like to give a warm welcome back to coach 👏👏👏

Madie is a North Van Local, certified trainer, as well as currently training to be a registered nurse.

She's got a passion for the outdoors, regularily tackling our local ⛰ and keeps fit with her own unique blend of weights, TRX, yoga and high intensity training.

She will be taking on the Tuesday 5.30pm MVMT Sweat 💦 to start.

😷 Update: As per the BC guidelines masks are back at MVMT ,

However they are only neccesary in common spaces, so please wear one to the gym and in the front entrance,

In accordance with the new mandate once you are working out, you may remove your mask.

We reccomend washing your hands before you take your mask off and washing them again before you put it back on as studies have shown that the more you touch your mask or your face the more likely you are to spread flu like viruses and bacteria, and the less effective they may, also don't forget to wash it daily as they can build up all kinds of germs throughout the day but who are we to say anything, we're not scientists.

Oh wait some of us are.
