Summer Workshop ποΈπ§ββοΈβ¨
Join LA & Chance for a two-hour workshop focused on Vinyasa Yoga. Together, we will break down and master Four-Limbed Staff Pose (Chaturanga Dandasana), the transition from a high plank to a low push-up.
We will begin with Sun Salutations A and B to warm and awaken the body, then move intentionally through a sequence of postures designed to strengthen the shoulders and posterior chain. From there, we will take a deep dive into Four-Limbed Staff Pose, offering individualized adjustments and hands-on assists throughout the practice.
Build strength, improve alignment, and gain confidence in Chaturanga Dandasana through personalized guidance and hands-on support. Perfect for refining your practice and developing a safer, more sustainable vinyasa flow.
