First class of the new term last night! Excited to start the new season. New class schedule will start on Monday, 14 September 2026.

Children (6-12 years old) 6pm to ~6:55pm
New and younger Children 6pm-6:45pm.

Adults 7pm to 8:30pm.

My name is Mya. I started training in Kyokushin Karate in Banff when I was 5 years old, and it’s been a huge part of my life ever since.

I recently moved up to Grande Prairie for work, and after being here for a bit, I realized there isn’t really anything like Kyokushin here. I didn’t want to lose that part of my life, so instead of waiting, I decided to keep my journey going and start something here myself.

I’m opening up Kyokushin classes focused on real, full-contact training—something that challenges you mentally and physically, no matter your experience level.
Whether you’ve never trained before or you’re just looking for something more real, you’re welcome to come try it out.
No experience needed—just show up ready to work.
