At the Kingston YMCA today with Sensei Gord. Sensei Victoria’s Hawryszko had invited me up to do a “Cell-f Defense seminar, - using your mobile phone as a defensive tool. Victoria joined Seaway Karate in 2000 and was with us until she went off to Queens University in 2010. Following graduation, she stayed in Kingston and is an educator with a Kingston school board, When the YMCA initiated their karate program a little over one year ago Victoria was chosen as the lead Instructor. What a great group to work with, Sensei Gord and I had a great day. Thank you Sensei Victoria for the Invitation.
