I am super excited to announce that due to the success and popularity of the Breathe & Brunch, I will be hosting a new and improved event on May 19th, 2019. A 60 minute yoga class + a 15 minute guided meditation session will be followed by a charcuterie style brunch from the awesome local company, Forage. Charcuterie brunch will follow immediately after the yoga/meditation.
