What to Bring:

Water—Stay hydrated! 💧

Yourself—No experience or gear required.

Discs—If you have your own, bring ‘em! If not, discs will be provided for you to use during the lesson.

🐾 Trail Safety Notice

Just a heads-up for anyone walking their dogs or enjoying the trails around the Airport Nordic Ski Club and playing on the disc golf course.

A lynx has been spotted in the area recently. From what we’ve observed, it doesn’t appear interested in hanging around once it notices people, but we still want everyone to be aware and keep their furry friends safe.

If you’re out on the trails, we recommend keeping dogs close by or on a leash and giving any wildlife plenty of space.

We’re lucky to share these trails with some pretty incredible wildlife, so a little awareness goes a long way in keeping everyone, two-legged and four-legged, safe.

Stay safe and enjoy the trails! 🥏🐕

Looking for a new way to get active or want to sharpen your skills on the course? Whether you’ve never picked up a disc before or you're just looking to improve your form, come join us for a relaxed afternoon of disc golf!

The Details:

📅 When: This weekend—Sunday, August 30th

🕛 Time: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM (Drop-in style)

📍 Where: The sports complex field next to Gander Elementary

💰 Cost: Completely FREE

What to Bring:

‼️Update for Free Clinic Today‼️

Hi everyone!

☀️ The heat today is expected to reach its peak during our disc golf clinic and feel like 32+ degrees! Therefore we decided it was in everyone’s best interest to cancel today’s clinic.

👉🏼 If you are still interested in learning about disc golf, reach out to our page! We have an event happening next weekend and will be hosting another learn-to-play clinic at the end of August.

Find some shade, water, or air conditioning this afternoon and enjoy the hot weather—it doesn’t come very often! 🙂

The countdown is on for our Festival of Flight Birdie Derby. Registration closes tonight at 11:59 PM, and once the deadline passes, the player packs must be finalized.

This is a casual, welcoming three-disc tournament for all skill levels, including anyone who has never played disc golf before. Bring a friend, choose your tee time and come experience Gander’s new course!

This event is open to EVERYONE, no matter what your skill level is!
