APM Community Centre & Upgrades/Expansion - Cornwall PEI Exploring the feasibility of adding an additional ice surface&expanded recreation space at APM Centre Why do you ask?? hockey is looking for more ice as well.

We are a group exploring the feasibility of adding a 2nd ice surface and expanding the recreational facility at the APM Centre. Our Community of Cornwall is growing at a FAST rate;
2001 population = 4,412
2011 population = 5,162
2016 population = 5,348
2021 population = 6,574
* that's a 23% increase since 2016 and 49% since 2001
* Cornwall ranks as the fastest growing Community on PEI

r Hockey registration numbers are growing (2nd on PEI) but so are ringette, figure skating & learn to skate registration numbers...and rec. Thank you for joining our page and for your support in helping add a well needed 2nd ice surface & expanded recreational facility at the APM Centre!!

It was great to connect with Ross Munro and Lauren Keefe-Hogan, along with Premier Rob Lantz, yesterday to discuss the planned expansion of the APM Centre and the importance of the project to Cornwall & surrounding communities.
