A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this year’s Championship such a wonderful event and a truly memorable day for Glen Afton!

We’re so proud of our members and grateful for the sportsmanship, friendship, and community spirit that make Glen Afton so special. ❤️

What made this day even more meaningful was the honor of having Phyllis present the prizes and trophies to our winners. It meant so much to us to have Phyllis and her family here to share this special day with us.

It is with tremendous sadness that we lost our beloved friend, Stafford MacSwain, on August 18. He may no longer be with us on the course, but his spirit will always remain a part of the Glen Afton family.

Stafford will always have a special place here at Glen Afton. ❤️⛳️

Around 7:30 this afternoon, we spotted a dog at Glen Afton Golf Club that appears to be lost. The dog was wearing a collar but did not have a name tag.

We really wanted to bring him/her somewhere safe, but the dog was extremely cautious and nervous around people — possibly has been wandering for quite some time. As soon as anyone got close, he/she ran off into the woods and disappeared.

Hoping he/she just snuck out for a little adventure and will find the way back home safely soon.

Or if someone recognizes this poor dog and knows that his/her owner is looking for him/her, hopefully this post can provide some useful information and help bring him/her home safely.
