We touched on connective tissue health related to declining estrogen levels: frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, SI joint pain, hip joint pain, and pelvic floor weakness.
Insulin resistance which causes changes in belly fat due to estrone imbalance.
Yoga can help with all these issues by strengthening core muscles, pelvic floor muscles, and resetting organs.
