Beyond the Breath Yoga 500 hour RYT, Prenatal RYT, personal trainer certified. I have been teaching yoga since 2009, in the Cornwall area since 2013. Classes for all levels.

Today's training session...

How can yoga support you during the peri & meno shift in your life?

We touched on connective tissue health related to declining estrogen levels: frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, SI joint pain, hip joint pain, and pelvic floor weakness.

Insulin resistance which causes changes in belly fat due to estrone imbalance.

Yoga can help with all these issues by strengthening core muscles, pelvic floor muscles, and resetting organs.
