This month our life skill is BALANCE!
βA situation in which the correct amount of importance is given to each thing so that a situation is successful.β
BALANCE is a life skill that is all about maintaining harmony among the many things that we value. The spring and summer seasons are especially demanding of our time and attention and it requires a great deal of BALANCE in order to achieve success and not lose the progress that we have made. BALANCING all of the things such as Family/Friends, Fun, Work/School, Health/Fitness and of course⦠Taekwon-Do takes a great deal of focus, intentional planning and sometimes sacrifice. What can you do this month to ensure that you are able to BALANCE it all?
