Our style is Sh*toryu and we are under the technical direction of Sh*toryu Karate Canada. The practice of Karate is good for everyone it improves one's health and confidence. people participate in karate for many reasons such as for improved fitness & health benefits, to improve confidence to better defend themselves or to aspire to greatness in competition. W support and encourage karate to be a family event, learning, and sweating as a family strengthening skills and relationships.

I am offering to come and help or support or teach karate seminars or camps this summer. 
This can be for sport, little kids, youth, ages, or specialty classes, like self-defense, or karate for MMA, whatever you may be interested in running. I can travel so please reach out with any ideas. Thank you.

A great weekend training with Tanzadeh and Sh*toryu Karate Canada It is always a pleasure to reunite with so many great Karate-ka and train together. It was great to learn about Shin-gi-tai, and principles like shime & shibor from Nifanchi Shodan, Saifa and Sanchi . Now to practice, review and apply!
