Your friendly reminder - it’s okay to not be okay 🫶 Give yourself permission to feel it and sit with it. We are human and that means some days can feel heavy and hard and that’s completely okay!!
BUT feeling it doesn’t mean LIVING it.
You are allowed to acknowledge the pain that’s there without letting it become your entire personality. You are allowed to have bad days without deciding it’s a bad life!
So allow yourself to it feel it and process it.
Then allow yourself to let go and release. You have the OPTION to choose where your energy goes. Feel it, release it and move the f*ck on. It’s okay to not be okay just don’t unpack and live there 🤍
