HOW TO PURCHASE
In the Fluxx app, choose the ticket amount that feels right for you: $20, $30, $38 or $48. Every option gets you into the same Sound Bath, with 20% of the $48 ticket donated to Music Heals Canada. Purchase your ticket first, then go back and book the class to secure your spot.

WHO IS MUSIC HEALS
Music Heals Canada helps bring certified music therapy into hospitals, cancer care, children’s programs, NICUs, hospice, long-term care and other spaces where people are navigating some of life’s hardest moments. Their work helps children, seniors, cancer patients and families experience the connection, comfort and therapeutic benefits of music when they need it most. ENVISION x FLUXX x THE FULL CUPBOARD

We’re giving the Summer Finale a little more meaning this year.

On Sunday, August 30th from 7:30am to 11:00am the team from Envision Financial is joining us at Fluxx CycleHouse to raise support for The Full Cupboard as we head into September + Hunger Action Month.

Come take one of our four morning classes and if you feel inspired to bring $5 cash OR 3 non-perishable food items to donate, this will get you entered to win a special gift basket.

One morning. Three local names. One really good reason to show up.

Let’s close out summer together and help fill some cupboards while we’re at it!

THE FLUXX SUMMER SERIES CONTINUES

On Wednesday, August 26th, we’re heading to Harrison Hot Springs, boarding a Shoreline boat and making our way across the lake to Echo Island for an outdoor Pilates Sculpt experience ON THE DOCK!

Think Pilates meets strength. Controlled movement, intentional resistance + that slow burn we love, all surrounded by mountains, water and golden hour.

✨ Movement with a view.
✨ Strength + Pilates. A seriously good sculpt.
✨ A boat ride, an island and a summer night worth remembering.

📍 Echo Island | Harrison Hot Springs
We’ll depart from Harrison Hot Springs by boat. A bartender will be on board for the ride over and back.

📅 Wednesday, August 26th
🧘 5:30PM + 8:00PM classes
🚤 Boat departs 45 minutes before each class
Please arrive early. The boat cannot wait for late arrivals.

HOW TO BOOK

1️⃣ Download the Fluxx CycleHouse app and create an account.

2️⃣ Purchase your Echo Island Pilates Sculpt ticket.

3️⃣ Reserve your preferred class time through the class schedule. (This step secures your spot and is very important. If purchasing multiple tickets, a reservation is needed for each ticket purchased)

There’s something about moving outside that just hits differently. Add a boat ride, a private dock, golden hour and a whole lot of Fluxx energy and this might just be our favourite Summer Series stop yet.
