Start the Year off by joining our January Ladies Fitness Classes! Nicki is very encouraging and motivating...and find some accountability as you workout with a great group of ladies.

January MoRNinG Ladies Fitness Classes with Nicki are on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Thusdays January 8, 15, 22, 29 8:15-9:00AM
