Big news coming your way! 🚨 As we gear up for a new chapter in our fitness journey, we want to remind you of our footwear policy that goes into effect on FEBRUARY 1st, 2026! 🗓️

✨ Please REMOVE ALL FOOTWEAR left at the entrance! ✨ We’re doing this to keep our space safe, tidy, and welcoming for everyone. A clear entrance means no tripping hazards and a more enjoyable experience for all! 💪✨

💼 But wait, we’ve got your back! If you’re worried about forgetting your shoes, we offer lockers for rent! Stash your gear and focus on what really matters – your workout! 🏋️‍♀️❤️

⏳ Remember, any footwear left unattended for 24 HOURS after February 1st will be considered abandoned and sent to the donation bin!

As we close out last year, we just want to say thank you.
Thank you to our members for showing up, putting in the work, supporting each other, and helping make One For All Fitness more than just a gym — a true community.

Last year was filled with progress, PRs, consistency, and growth — not just in numbers, but in mindset and confidence. We’re incredibly proud of every single person who trained with us.
