I work with the Knowledge2Empower program at the Alberta Children’s Epilepsy Program bringing FREE epilepsy education to families, schools, and communities. And to keep it free, we need YOUR help. 🧠

So I did what I do best, I called my Zumba people. And 12 incredible instructors from across Calgary showed up without hesitation.

Join us on May 22nd from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at St Alphonsus School for a Zumbathon fundraiser that will move your body AND your heart. 💃🔥

Today I discovered a “your year with ChatGPT” chat while using ChatGPT. I usually go to ChatGPT to get ideas for both my Zumba classes and my job and it’s funny how its description of me is a mix of those two worlds and I looove it! 💃🥰💜
