One of my FAVORITE feelings as a Zumba instructor! 🥹💃✨

That moment when everyone has learned the choreo, they know what’s coming next, and they can just stop thinking and DANCE! 🔥

Seeing everyone moving together, smiling, adding their own little bit of personality and genuinely enjoying the song makes me so happy. 💜

There’s something so special about creating a choreography, teaching it week after week, and then watching it become ours. 🥰

THIS is why I love teaching Zumba. 💃🔥

🎉 It’s my BIRTHDAY MONTH and I wanted to celebrate it by doing a choreo to one of my all-time favourite performers, the one and only Britney Spears! My Zumba family picked “Oops I Did It Again” and today we did it for the first time and they all DELIVERED 🙌🔥

Nothing like dancing to a queen with my favorite people. Thank you for making this month so special already!💕

I work with the Knowledge2Empower program at the Alberta Children’s Epilepsy Program bringing FREE epilepsy education to families, schools, and communities. And to keep it free, we need YOUR help. 🧠

So I did what I do best, I called my Zumba people. And 12 incredible instructors from across Calgary showed up without hesitation.

Join us on May 22nd from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at St Alphonsus School for a Zumbathon fundraiser that will move your body AND your heart. 💃🔥
