The body is amazing. And the body adapts.
But sometimes the hardest part isn’t getting your body to change, it’s getting your brain to stop fighting you every step of the way.
Eating more when you’ve spent years believing less is better can feel scary.
Taking a rest day when you think more is always better can feel wrong.
Watching the scale fluctuate without immediately changing everything takes practice.
And sometimes you need someone in your corner who you trust enough to say, “keep going. Don’t change anything yet.”
Someone who can push you past the habits and thought patterns that keep taking you right back to the same unhappy place.
Because at some point you have to ask yourself:
If doing it your way keeps bringing you back to the exact same spot… why are you so afraid to try something different?
Trust the process.
Give your body a chance to adapt.
And maybe stop measuring success by how little you can eat and how much you can punish yourself.
You might be surprised by what your body can do when you finally start working WITH it.
