Join myself, Coach Sarah Pearce-Gieck from Inspire Sports Therapy and Coaching and Swim Coach Sarah Freeman from www.sarahfreemancoaching.com for three awesome days of training in the mountains at our annual Canmore spring triathlon camp!
7 great sessions led by experienced, certified coaches and speakers. Two spin classes / brick run, two swims, one run, a mental training session with local athlete and mindfulness coach Michelle Katchur Roberts, and brand new for this year an indoor climbing session at Elevation Place! And great company of like-minded athletes in beautiful venues.
What do you need?
Your bike and bike trainer, a couple towels and bottles.
Swim gear.
Outdoor run gear
Clean indoor shoes
2023 Schedule:
Friday March 31
*7pm to 8:30pm- 90 minute spin class at Elevation Place
Saturday April 1
*8:30am to 10:00am- Run session with pre run warmup and glute activation session led by physio Sarah.
*11am to 12:00pm- 60 minute swim session at Elevation Place with three certified coaches on deck.
*1pm to 2pm-60 minute mental training session with Michelle Katchur Roberts at Elevation Place
*3pm to 4:30pm-Skills and climbing session at Elevation Place. No experience necessary!
Sunday April 2
*9am to 10:30am- 90 minute swim session with three certified coaches on deck.
*11:45am to 1:45pm- 2 hour “ish” bike / brick run workout at Elevation Place
