The hardest thing about starting a business is getting over yourself. The hardest thing about growing a business is continuing to get over yourself. Just when you think you’re there, something new pops up. This is all of our stories. This IS what levelling up looks like. You can not intentionally grow your business without change and change can suck. So next time you’re needing to get over some new sh*t that’s popped up, remember, that’s what levelling up looks like.

How many hats do you wear in your business? If you're like me... most of them. Today, I put on my CEO hat. Do you ever put that one on? You know, the one that thinks about metrics, growth, capacity, systems, etc. In my land, the CEO hat is not my favourite to wear... well, most of the time. But without this hat, my business makes no money. It just me talking and sharing and giggling and taking awesome pictures, and creating pretty bracelets. None of these things make the sales.... I mean, sometimes they lead to sales, but I can be all these things with zero sales. Today, I worked with my very newest team Alena on baseline inventory. Sexy, I know. But guess what, the ONLY way I am going to hit my revenue target this year is by getting my systems in order. This week, what is one CEO task you are going to navigate? We’re a a state of hypnosis more often than we think. On our drive to work (ya know... the ones you don’t remember driving? Hypnosis. When you scroll mindlessly through Instagram. Hypnosis. While you read mindless (sometimes scary) news articles. Hypnosis. You know what happens in hypnosis? You program your subconscious brain 🤯. reminded us today of the ways we can take control of subconscious programming as we enter into theta... like before we fall asleep at night or when we’re meditating.
