Monday

5pm - 6pm Youth Class (Ages 7 - 14)
Classes consist of cardio and strength training as well as fundamental boxing tuition. Beginner and intermediate students are taught boxing technique, shadow boxing, heavy bag and speed bag working. (Non contact class)

6:15pm - 7:30 Adult and Advanced Youth C

Cardio, stretching and balance. Shadow boxing, heavy bag and speed bag work. Competitive members will have the opportunity to spar providing an additional coach is available to instruct and officiate.

8pm-9

Tuesday closed

Wednesday

5pm - 6pm Youth Class (ages 7-14)
A class with a similar format to that of Monday.

6:15pm - 7:30 Adult and Advanced Youth
This class focuses on a high level of cardio based activity, abdominal and core exercises. Members may be partnered for basic boxing, techniques, footwork and head movement. (Non contact) Sparing will be available on this night for both beginners and advanced students.

8pm-9

Thursday closed

5:30 -7pm Open to All Members
Emphasis is given to competitive members and those who wish to become involved in the combat aspect of the sport. Boxing techniques will be taught through sparing and full contact scenarios, Non competitive members are welcome to use the facility in a self directed capacity. Friday closed

Saturday

10:30am - 12:00pm Open to All Members
This class encompasses everything covered through the course of the week. Everyone is welcome sparing will be available to our competitive members.

Hello boxing fans,

Our Friday night show is in the books, and it didn't disappoint. Starting with a great venue and beautiful weather, the crowd got to enjoy 13 bouts, including local talent and competitors from across Ontario. The fighters are the show, so we want to thank them all for giving their all! From there, we have officials, the announcer and DJ, the doc, the coaches, the volunteers, and the BBQ guys. Let's not forget our videographer Joshua! Thank you all for rounding out our spring show. Big thanks!

Stay tuned as our 2nd event, the summer show, Rise up 2 is scheduled for Saturday August 8th. Doors open at 5pm 1st bout at 6pm. More details to follow!

The trophies are in for our spring show happening this Friday!
Doors open at 6pm 1st match at 7pm.
Get your tickets by DM here or at the club. We have 13 bouts lined up, so if you do some quick math, the cost for an entertaining evening works out to roughly $2 a fight!
Come and cheer our athletes and help support our club!
Don't forget this is a cash event with BBQ, drinks, merchandise, and our big 50/50 draw!
